International Engagements

Logibyte Technologies is based in India and may provide eligible services to customers in other countries.

Commercial terms for international engagements may be quoted in an agreed currency through the applicable proposal, quotation or invoice.

International Transaction Information

Customers may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for:

  • Billing;
  • Transaction verification;
  • Regulatory compliance;
  • Sanctions screening;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Service delivery;
  • Tax and accounting records.

Exchange Rates

Where currency conversion occurs, exchange rates may be determined by the payment processor, bank, card network or other financial institution.

Bank Charges

Correspondent banks, card issuers or payment providers may impose charges outside Logibyte Technologies' control.

Verification & Compliance

International payments may be subject to verification, screening or compliance requirements applied by banks and payment processors.

Logibyte Technologies may request reasonable supporting information where required to complete a transaction lawfully.

Transaction Rejection

Availability

International transactions may be rejected or delayed because of:

  • Payment-provider restrictions;
  • Regulatory requirements;
  • Sanctions;
  • Risk controls;
  • Bank policies;
  • Unsupported countries or currencies;
  • Incomplete information.

A failed international transaction does not create an obligation for Logibyte Technologies to circumvent a payment-provider or regulatory restriction. Availability of a particular payment method or currency is not guaranteed.

Regulatory Framework

Cross-border transactions may be processed by authorised banking and payment partners and are subject to applicable Indian foreign-exchange and payment regulations as well as provider requirements.

RBI maintains a specific regulatory framework for Payment Aggregators–Cross Border handling permissible cross-border payment flows.
